The position
As a HR Business Partner in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) P&O, you will be a trusted partner to the HR Business Partners working across IFP, global organisation, supporting the IFP P&O strategy. Furthermore, you will drive operational projects and tasks within the HR agenda and be a key player in developing and supporting our P&O processes.
Main responsibilities of this role include:
  • Being a trusted partner to the local P&O teams by translating business priorities into relevant P&O actions.
  • Driving operational day to day and tactical tasks such as GDPR-sparring and annual leadership development programs.
  • Maintaining and further developing stable HR processes.
  • Being involved in the strategic and operational discussions in the business partner team regarding P&O processes, governance, performance culture and sustainable wellbeing.
  • Shaping and fostering an engaging, diverse, and inclusive employee environment, rooted in our values - the Novo Nordisk Way.
  • Alongside your HR Business Partner colleagues as well as global support functions, you will continuously be reviewing, assessing, and evolving the IFP P&O processes to drive organisational efficiency and agility. Qualifications
    Ideally, you have a degree in HR, Psychology, Organisation, Business Management or similar. but you might also be from a completely different field or a former manager moving into the HR agenda.
    Other success criteria are:
  • Being good at creating trust and engagement among colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive day-to-day operational tasks and handle ad hoc projects in an ever-changing environment.
  • Working independently and breaking down complex task into simple milestones, while having an eye for alternatives.
  • Ideally, fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Having experience from pharma and/or larger organisations is a plus.

  • On a personal level, you are a strong and pragmatic executor with an operational can-do mindset, and have high personal integrity and are easy to work with. Your stakeholders respect you and value your ability to drive things forward. About the department
    The IFP P&O Business Partnering support team is located in Bagsværd and consist of approximately 5 HR business partners reporting to a senior manager, who is reporting to the senior director of IFP P&O Business Partnering. The team is responsible for supporting the business and production sites with cross organizational P&O tasks and driving the strategic HR agenda in IFP.
