The position We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Outreach and Social Responsibility Partner to focus on partnership primarily in Denmark for our P&O Business Partnering Strategy Execution team in Bagsværd. As the Outreach and Social Responsibility Partner, you will play a crucial role in developing, coordinating, and executing outreach initiatives and social responsibility programs aimed at educational institutions and professional business organizations. Working closely with our team and other Novo Nordisk stakeholders, you will identify needs and engage with educational institutions from as early as primary school, through high school to universities and other educational institutions in Denmark, to develop a future pipeline of employees and a qualified workforce. You will maintain partnerships with schools and educational influencers and create and implement programs and events aligned with our mission and values. An important part of the role is ensuring data and presentation material for meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying needs and opportunities for collaboration and creating proposals for partnerships that align with the organisation's competencies and goals.
  • Developing and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, community leaders, and professional business organisations.
  • Creating and executing social responsibility programs that promote community engagement aligned with the organisation's mission and values.
  • Implementing effective communication strategies to promote social responsibility initiatives and programs.
  • Developing and managing outreach initiatives such as workshops, training sessions, and events, while monitoring and evaluating their success.
  • Preparing relevant materials for internal and external meetings with key stakholders.
  • Qualifications To succeed in the role, you have a strong passion for social responsibility and community engagement, as well as a keen interest in staying up to date on current trends and best practices in outreach and social responsibility. Furthermore, a successful candidate for this position should possess the following qualities and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Social Sciences, Business, or Communications
  • At least 2 years of experience in outreach and social responsibility programs
  • Prior experience as an education responsible in an educational institution or working with educational institutions and/or professional business organisations would be beneficial for this role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and a communicative level of Danish
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
  • About The Department: You will become part of the Strategy Execution team anchored in People & Organisation (P&O). Our team is responsible for driving the alignment of business strategy with the organisation’s people and culture. We work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and objectives, and then develop and execute strategies to support those goals.
