Apply today!The team waiting for youOur Production IT Infrastructure department is responsible for setting the direction of a global uniform IT infrastructure in Product Supply by delivering compliant operations, effective IT Security controls and best-practice infrastructure standards.Moreover, we look after the definition, implementation and maintenance of Product Supply IT network infrastructure (PSnet) supporting the manufacturing equipment and applications that are used in the production process. You don’t want to miss it.What you will be doingAs a Solution Architect, you will become responsible for defining and building IT infrastructure as well as designing and implementing large scale IT Infrastructure projects. You will be working both independently and in close collaboration with the whole IT Infrastructure team as well as our stakeholders globally.In addition, your role will also involve strategizing improvements to our infrastructure, including transformation to virtualization, IT automation processes, and other initiatives aimed at enhancing our global setup. You will focus on areas such as IT infrastructure, network, backup, virtualization, and Active Directory among others. We expect you to consider the needs of users on the production lines and find ways to add value and assist in their daily work.Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting in building business cases, ROI analysis, recommending and presenting project proposals at management meetings
  • Being technical lead in relevant projects approved by management
  • Staying ahead on industry trends and assess new products and technologies
  • Defining and documenting future architectures and ensure scalability
  • Overseeing coordination/project management of global implementation of technical architectures
  • Building strong relations to the relevant stakeholders of Production Infrastructure, as well as external vendors
    • Which competencies to bringTo be successful in this role, we imagine you tick most of the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience with IT Infrastructure and Technologies in large corporations
  • Proven track record and keen interest in Budgeting
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of complex organisational environment
  • Demonstrated competency in communicating with stakeholders of all levels of the organisation
