The position In Emerging Technologies, LEAN is not only a collection of methods and tools, it is also a culture and a mindset that are constantly evolving in our organisation. You will join a team of 10 very talented experts who promote continuous improvement in our business as our new LEAN specialist. You will play an important role in our LEAN development and work with your team to advance the LEAN agenda across ET (Emerging Technologies). Your goal will be to enhance the LEAN systems and maturity across the business area by working closely with our stakeholders in line of business and local LEAN partners. You will also act as CVP lean partner for one of our functional areas, which means you will work closely with the leadership team. As LEAN specialist your main responsibilities will be: Driving strategical prioritised optimisation projects Training & coaching of leaders and employees at all levels Facilitation of strategy deployment and supporting strategy execution. Shopfloor coaching of senior management. Facilitating systematic problem solving of complex problems Moreover, you will be participating in LEAN networks across , representing our area sharing best practises and defining global standards and best practises for how we work with LEAN. You will be part of a very ambitious LEAN culture and colleagues who strive to exceed expectations and best practice. This role can be the trampoline for a great career path to progress into more complex strategic project with big impact for our organisation. It is important to know that the team will relocate to site Taastrup starting from September 2024, but several of the tasks related to the role are likely to be at site Maaloev.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is comfortable in engaging and proactively advising stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, have strong coaching skills and is good at giving feedback. You are a great inspirator and good at motivating people for a change, also by using strong strategic and analytical skills, and through to persistent by approach and a “can-do-attitude”. To be successful in this role, you: hold a master’s degree with a scientific focus. Have a minimum of five years of experience with LEAN implementation, project management, and strategy deployment. Have experience in a manufacturing and/or supply chain environment, preferably within a regulated industry. Excel in translating LEAN strategy into action. could have previous management experience - that would be seen as an advantage. Are proficient in English in writing/speaking. Besides, we value your experience in teaching LEAN Principles, Systems and tools and LEAN Leadership Behaviours to all levels in the organisation and bring practical experience in analysing data and trends. On a personal level, you are a team player, but are not afraid of working on your own when you coach and challenge leaders or collecting data in the production. You have experience with implementing optimisation projects and you naturally involve and motivate your customers to realise the business targets. About the department
