We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Associate Manager for Process Support in Biotech & Rare Disease API Denmark. The Position As our Associate Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of academics and technicians working as process and equipment support in our recovery production. You will have a high focus on execution and deliver according to department goals. The main tasks will be:
  • Setting direction for the team and empowering employees
  • Responsible for the performance and the development of the team
  • Ensuring the correct prioritization between the team’s various tasks
    • Moreover, searching for inspiration and new ideas, networking, and collaboration with team members, across Novo Nordisk will be part of the activities. As our Associate Manager, you will make independent decisions regarding the daily operation and the business. You need to ensure, that the team has the right resources and competences at hand and support your team, in both personal and professional development. Qualifications To succeed in this position, it will be an advantage if you have:
  • An academical background within Natural Sciences
  • 2 years of experience in leading teams
  • Experience in a production environment
  • Good communication skills in both English and Danish
    • As a leader, you have an analytic, proactive and result orientated approach. You are ambitious, empathic, and engaging, as you will need to set direction, motivate and cultivate high performance and engagement through the empowerment of the team. You must be able to delegate and thrust that the team is able to solve the task your delegate. You enjoy communicating with different stakeholders.   You have a strong sense of quality and know the importance of complying with the standards and regulations of a production environment and develop the department in close collaboration with the management group. About the Department Our API production department is situated at Brogårdsvej in Gentofte and consist of approximately 35 people counting operators, craftsmen, technicians, and academics.
