As an IT/OT Senior Project Manager, you will lead a number of projects and interact with both internal and external stakeholders at the site and across our production facilities, manufacturing development and regulatory affairs. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Provide clear goals and purpose for the work package and the project team members so that the project secures effective use of time and resources and builds employee motivation.
• Create and develop the project plan with transparent systems, structures, and processes.
• Monitor and control project work with stringent follow-up on quality, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure that internal and external quality and legal demands are following cGMP.
• Be responsible for all IT/OT processes. The position offers great opportunities to utilize your competencies for portfolio planning and stakeholder management, coaching project management colleagues and for personal growth and development. Qualifications
You will be a great asset to our team because you have: • 10 years of leadership experience (line management or project management)
• At least, 3-4 years of experience working within IT and automation.
• Solid network within Product Supply and related areas within Novo Nordisk or strong pharmaceutical industry experience.
• cLEAN experience.
• Excellent English communication skills and experienced presenter. As a person you are reliable, loyal, structured and can motivate a team to deliver according to project objectives. You can lead through others and set clear objectives for a project team. You enjoy working according to tight deadlines and being a part of a dynamic team. You are self-motivated, work independently and used to think steps ahead of others.
About the department
You will be part of BRD Enterprise IT Projects team in the Digital & Projects department within our Manufacturing Development area. The main responsibility for the team is to lead IT projects across Product Supply BRD in Denmark and we are focused on expanding our investments in facilities and equipment. BRD Digital & Projects is part of BRD Manufacturing Development & Quality Control that has its base in Denmark. What other companies call Manufacturing Science & Analytical Technology (MSAT) we call Manufacturing Development. We are app. 460 colleagues who are the end-to-end station for product and process development for all BRD production facilities, driving innovation both when it comes to industry 4.0 technology and expansion of the product portfolio.
