The position Your initial objective will be to support current, ongoing projects. The support will include setting direction for future operations in the aseptic area and into the critical zone in close collaboration with the line of business organisation, in which you will be positioned, as well of the project team. You will participate with aseptic processing and environmental monitoring experience. Consequently, you will be part of ensuring that relevant requirements are fulfilled, and the processes are easy for the people to work after – in other words, making quality easy during daily operation. In your role you will be working closely together with all teams in the department, as well as across BRD. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we expect the ideal candidate to have:
  • An innovative mind set and hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in biology, chemistry, pharmacy, or another relevant scientific field.
  • At least 5 years of experience with cGMP and preferably have experience related to aseptic production requirements e.g. isolator technology, aseptic behaviour, smoke studies (air flow patterns), environmental monitoring and aseptic process simulation (APS/media fill).
  • Solid experience establishing and working with validation documentation and regulatory requirements.
  • Full proficiency in English. Danish is advantageous.

About the department BRD Finished Products in Gentofte is part of Novo Nordisk, which delivers products for the treatment of haemophilia disorders. Our department will handle aseptic filling on brand new isolator filling lines. Currently, the department is heavily involved in project activities related to the new isolator filling lines, and in the short run, the specialist tasks will be related to a successful ramp-up towards production start-up. We are approximately 70 motivated and talented colleagues divided into 3 operating teams, 2 support teams and a staff team. Your department is especially characterized by being newly established, high professionalism, and an informal tone. The department have close collaborations with the other departments within the area which can increase the complexity. BRD Product Supply is multi-cultural, so English is widely spoken.
