Then you might be the colleague we are missing in the quality assurance department of Device Manufacturing & Sourcing. DMS Internal Manufacturing QA. About the job You will be joining a great team of experienced and engaged QA professionals. As our new colleague you will be involved in many different responsibilities, but the following are some relevant pointers as to what the position entails: Responsible QA for the moulding and pre-assembly processes including QA oversight in the production facility Responsible QA for release of components produced from our internal production Support to deviation handling as well as change requests for the area Bring expert support to projects and validation activities Development and maintenance of the Quality System (e.g., update SOPs) Always having a focus on continuous improvements and simplification of our processes Qualifications As the ideal candidate you have a profound understanding of the important aspects of regulations, requirements and guidelines for GMP production of medical devices. We imagine the ideal candidate has: An academic degree in a relevant field e.g. mechanics/ manufacturing or a similar background Previous experience from a pharmaceutical company, preferable within quality assurance or in mouldning or assembly processes Knowledge of device manufacturing, cGMP, validation, Lean and programming is an advantage Great communication skills and is fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken We also welcome applicants from other branches, as long as you share our passion for quality, GMP and problem-solving and are keen to acquire professional competencies to become what we describe as an “ideal candidate”.

The department The department consists of 15 highly qualified QA engineers. The department is responsible for the quality assurance of the in-house production as well as the global supply chain of high quality components and preassembled parts for all Novo Nordisk prefilled and durable devices. Our external suppliers are in Europe, China, USA and Brazil. The main purpose of DMS QA is to safeguard patient safety, product quality and compliance. We work in lovely surroundings in Novo Nordisk Device Manufacturing and Sourcing's buildings in Hillerød about 30 km north of Copenhagen.
We love to see you at the office but you can work from home part of the week if you prefer.
