To obtain a solid foundation for a future digitalized and automated laboratory we have identified a need for a dedicated focus on our GlobalLIMS data and use of more advanced setups for documentation of our analytical procedures. As our new GlobalLIMS static specialist your daily responsibility will be to support process owners in building digital solutions and support our local GlobalLIMS static responsible, in building static data ready for the future. You will be responsible for: Standardizing the way, we use LIMS and continuously improving our use of LIMS Supporting running digitalization projects and ensuring anchoring of learning and continuous improvement in project execution Building and validating Groovy formulars Identifying digital pains and recommending future solutions Supporting training of new static builder competence Creating and maintaining static data standards across departments Qualifications To thrive and succeed we expect you to have: Academic degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, or relevant experience with GLobalLIMS Experience/knowledge with the GlobalLIMS system Reading release notes and converting them into business standards finds your interest Great communication skills with the ability to build relations with stakeholders at all levels Setting direction and “swim against the tide” do not let you feel uncomfortable Fluent in English – written and verbal It is an advantage to have: Superuser level in GlobalLIMS Experience with groovy, JAVA code We do know that not all dreams come through, but we wish to see a well-educated candidate with a great sense of curiosity, structure, an open and positive mind, and a high level of ability to work independently as well as in a team. About the department In Product Supply Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (PS API) laboratories we are 340 colleagues, allocated in four different departments and we are responsible for performing all Quality Control analysis across API DK as well as supporting manufacturing development. Our mission is to reduce manual work and increase the stability and efficiency of the laboratory processes and on long term basis transform our laboratories into a more automated and digital laboratories. You will be a part of a newly established team. The team will be responsible for setting the direction and executing the digitalisation and automation strategy in PS API laboratories as well as supporting our labs towards industry 4.0 technology and standards.
The new established team consist of a project manager, and tree new hires: This position, “Project manager” and “Data specialist”. Aside from the team you will work closely together with colleagues across the four laboratory departments, local API project coordinators and colleagues driving various innovation projects across Novo Nordisk.
