Are you our new technical assistant (smiling octopus) with administrative experience? The position As a technical assistant you will prepare documents and specifications for our packaging products. These secure, that the packed product has the required quality to to ensure that Novo Nordisk delivers quality product to customers all over the world. You keep adjustments to the documents up to date. As a result, you secure a smooth and running workflow for your colleagues. This back-office position contains a great amount of documentation preparation and stakeholder management, and you will be working with a combination of short and long deadlines and often with many tasks at the same time. Besides your administrative role in the department, you might in time be supporting with creating sketches in Impact, autoCAD or CREO to compose the right packaging design for our marketed products. Day to day You will work closely with our other technicians and engineers and you will be part of a high performing culture with focus on technical solutions and quality. Qualifications
  • Experience from a technical or an administrative position preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. It is a great advantage, if you have experience within packaging and with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • You have an education as technical assistant or technical designer or considerable experience working as such.
  • Experience with 2D/3D-drawing in Impact / autoCAD or similar is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
  • You are highly skilled with MS Office and find it easy to master new IT systems.
  • Your language proficiency in both written and spoken English is at a professional level.
    • Working with engineers daily it is absolutely necessary for you to have technical understanding and flair. You enjoy being the go-to person, have a can-do attitude, take constant change of priorities with a smile and see it as your responsibility to make sure that the workflow is running smoothly. You use your structured approach to keep a constant overview and quickly respond to any request coming from our stakeholders. About the department In Device Manufacturing Development, Secondary Packaging Maintenance, the main task is to safeguard the secondary packaging for our medical devices and combination products marketed by Novo Nordisk. To do so, we have a close collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, global production sites and affiliates. You will join a team of 20 colleagues with various educations and work experience that are highly dependent on your ability to support and meet deadlines.
