Do you enjoy feeling the pulse of a production in your daily work? And do you get energized by problem solving tasks and continuous optimization in close collaboration with other stakeholders?
Then you might just be the one we are looking for to join our Environmental Monitoring Support team.
The position
Working with Environmental Monitoring at NN is ensuring our classified rooms meet the regulatory requirements. We are monitoring microorganisms, particles, humidity, pressure, and utilities such as water, gasses and steam in the production area, and our primary area of responsibility are related to handling, reporting and documenting the results.
The EM-team is setting up the monitoring program when products and processes are changing. This is done by performing risk assessments and might imply new validation of the rooms. Optimizations and projects will currently be identified and implemented.
Other responsibilities of the EM team are the behavior, cleaning and gowning - setting up procedures, training, reviewing logbooks and contact to external and internal stakeholders.
Temporary changes or incidents in the production sometimes need input, actions, problem solving and rationales from the EM team that need to be handled – often with short deadlines. Your responsibility will depend on your qualifications – but typically you will also be involved in:
• Support to running production
• Behavior and gowning in the facilities
• Data processing in the IT systems PEMS and global LIMS
• Deviation management and problem solving
You will be working in a busy, but social and informal environment, where we emphasize collaboration, optimism, engagement, well-being, humour, commitment, and compliance.
We offer you an exciting job in an open and dynamic work environment with good opportunities for professional and personal development.
Qualifications
We value the following competencies in our new colleague:
• You hold a master’s degree/academic degree in natural science or in microbiology and have 2-3 years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry or related industry
• You have experience with either utility supply or environmental Monitoring (EM)
• You have experience in dealing with deviations and change requests
• High verbal and written communication skills in English; Danish language skills are an advantage We are looking for a candidate with a positive mindset, who possesses an independent drive and takes initiative to solve relevant tasks.
We work as a team towards the same goal and therefore it is important that you enjoy collaborating with your closest colleagues as well as across the organization.
