Digital Health develops digital therapeutics and solutions for people living with Diabetes and other chronic diseases. We are searching for an ambitious Senior Project Manager that can support Novo Nordisk in this journey. The position
Your task will be to head up projects and simplification initiatives within quality. The projects you oversee, will be very different in character, depending on the actual initiative needed, however they will always involve implementation across all parts of Novo Nordisk. You will additionally follow up on benefit realisation for the projects in cooperation with the business.
The projects you will be leading, will have a large business benefit across Novo Nordisk. You will use your leadership competencies and positive attitude to guide, support and lead the project team to the advantage of the business.
You will be working anchored in Søborg but will collaborate with stakeholders from all around the globe. There will be occasional travel activities.
About the department
Digital Health & Staffs Quality is responsible for quality assurance in Novo Nordisk’s Staff Areas incl. Digital Health. Digital Health products are a prioritized strategic focus area for Novo Nordisk. We are a team of 11 employees with high management focus and responsible for an area new to the industry, regulators, and Novo Nordisk why we need to provide new ideas, competencies, solutions, and perspectives in order to succeed in Novo Nordisk Digital Health journey.
Qualifications
We envision a colleague with: • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as Senior Project Manager. You have a proven track record of successfully driving projects from early ideas to realised benefits, and your projects are executed timely without compromising on quality.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills including the ability to communicate complex subjects in an easy and understandable way and have excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
