The position We offer a challenging position as a Communication Intern in Product Supply Biotech & Rare Disease (PS BRD). As an intern, you will collaborate closely with the communication team as well as different stakeholders across the organisation to support the area’s communication and change initiatives. In the internship assignment, we want the candidate to look into improving data, news reach, and the number of readers of our internal news articles and you will be able to develop your writing skills and learn how to communicate effectively. In this position, you will have the following key responsibilities:
  • Assisting the whole BRD communication team in writing articles from across BRD and ensuring a steady and relevant news flow
  • Improving standards and routines through know-how and a data-driven approach
  • Refining news articles produced by others (learning loop)
  • Practicalities:
  • Internship period: Full-time for 3 to 6 months
  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Internships are remunerated if your educational track allows
  • Location: Gentofte, Denmark
  • Full-time Danish work permit is required
  • Students must be enrolled at a university through the entire internship period. Both the internship period and working hours will be flexible to accommodate school projects/exams. Qualifications You are currently studying within a relevant field such as Communication, Journalism, or similar in the last year of your bachelor’s degree or second year of your master’s. As a person, you are structured and demonstrate attention to detail. You are comfortable with taking initiative, have a strong personal drive, and are a team player with an outgoing personality.
  • Strong communication skills in both oral and written English and Danish.
  • Experience user of Microsoft Office systems.
  • Independent task prioritisation with a high emphasis on quality.
  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft SharePoint will be a benefit, but not a requirement.
  • We are looking for a student with a can-do attitude, strong communication and writing skills with the ability to understand and navigate in a complex business environment. About the department In Product Supply, we turn science and modern technology into manufacturing real life-changing medicines and deliver them to patients across the world. Product Supply Biotech & Rare Disease is a global unit, and we produce products for rare diseases as well as pandemics. BRD Communication is part of the BRD Business Support area together with Strategy, Finance, and EHS. As an intern, you will be part of a Central Communications team supporting the BRD business and management by delivering strategic and operational support and driving communication & change management across the area as a central anchor for a larger communications group.
