C ommunication Partner to Fill & Finish Expansions Are you a world-class communicator who gets a kick out of driving clear and meaningful communication? If yes, then you are the person we are looking for as the new Communication Partner in Fill & Finish Expansions in Novo Nordisk. About the area You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx). The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT), which globally employ approximately 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 50,000 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the facilities of the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of decades from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world. The position You will be part of a small executive communication team which directly supports the Senior Vice President of FFEx and is responsible for driving communication activities to support major expansion projects across Novo Nordisk. Being part of a small and agile team, we expect you to be a strong team player, who enjoys executing with short deadlines as well as being responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication initiatives and events. You think and act as a trusted and proactive sparring partner by providing competent input to leaders and project managers to ensure the best communication solutions. At the same time, you find energy in preparing key messages, planning and producing creative content, such as PowerPoint presentations, videos, news stories as well as virtual and live events. Finally, you are highly skilled at communicating complex topics in a simple way - transforming business strategy, changes, or new tech projects into compelling material that is understandable and easy to use. We also expect you to grasp communication challenges along your way and be proactive in your efforts to improve things whenever you see an opportunity. The position offers a high level of influence and room for own initiatives and ideas. The job offers frequent senior management interaction, as you will be part of the Executive Office to the Senior Vice President, which directly supports the senior management team of Fill & Finish Expansions. You will report to the EA & Head of Executive Office. The position is based in Lyngby, Denmark. Qualifications You have an educational background within communication, journalism or business management You have minimum 3-5 years work experience within communication You are a strategic thinker with a strong business understanding and you are ambitious in delivering high quality communication solutions. You have a keen interest in understanding the business we operate in and have experience in navigating a complex stakeholder environment, preferably from a multinational organisation. You master creating visually appealing presentations, videos and news that catch the interest of the audience. You have experience with Office 365, SharePoint, video production and social media. You speak and write English fluently. As a person, you have an independent, responsible, and result-oriented way of working and approach tasks with structure, energy, curiosity, and a positive attitude. You are constructive and full of initiative and thrive in a challenging and busy environment with ambitious people.
