As Senior Manager, AP, you will be responsible for the ramp-up and production on two filling isolators. You will be leading a team, which includes 1 Associate Manager for 26 skilled workers at the team of 5 Associate Managers, working on shifts for teams of 17 operators each. We are in the process of ramping up our new Isolator Filling lines, which we welcome you to be a key driver within! You will be responsible for the operational area – Filling Operation. Utilizing your leadership and management experience, you will get the opportunity for defining the new department, including roles for new and experienced leaders and responsibilities, ultimately linking the department as a whole while also coordinating the production area and prioritizing operational tasks effectively. You will collaborate closely with our support functions in logistics, IT/automation, Formulation, Wash & Sterilization, environmental monitoring, Facility, Lean and Training. Qualifications You hold a relevant academic degree as a foundation for your solid experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing. You have at least 2+ years of people management and demonstrate strong leadership experience (preferably managing managers). You also have experience covering: Working at a strategic level with a focus on process optimisation and a strong quality mindset. Navigating a complex stakeholder landscape and experience building relations with stakeholders cross-functionally. You are an experienced people manager with a leadership style that creates trust, followship, and strong team culture. It is advantageous if you have experience within AP (Aseptic Production). Fluent in spoken and written English and the ability to understand/speak Danish at a business level. As a professional, you have a strategic and continuous improvement mindset with a visionary and futuristic outlook. You find it natural to be present on the shop floor together with your employees problem solving and have the ability to make complex matters simplistic, whilst navigating in a busy and dynamic environment. You see your communication skills as a strength and are able to work strategically with stakeholders at all levels, and work as a team to provide direction and guidance to your colleagues, driving the departments and organisations goals. Injectable Finished Products (IFP) plays a key role in delivering products to our patients worldwide and is a strategic global network with production sites in US, China, Brazil, France and Denmark. With approximately 9.000 employees, IFP is a truly global organization with capacity to deliver products globally. IFP holds the responsibility to produce for launches of all new diabetes products and for high volume and high efficiency production for all continents in the world. In IFP Hillerød Filling Operation, we are responsible for filling insulin in cartridges at highly automated and advanced equipment. We are proud to work in a newly established facility that in near future will support the market with insulin to change living with diabetes for our patients. What makes our department exciting to work in is that we are just about to go from project to production which is a challenging and exciting transformation for both employees and managers.
