The position In this position you will primarily be responsible for solving tasks through coordinating, organizing, and prioritizing skills, moreover, consistently execute and follow up on daily assignments. Your main tasks will be to: Set and communicate tangible goals, engage with your team, and enjoy successes through collaboration Implement simple, effective systems and processes that work with the people using the systems Get involved to obtain ownership and empowerment. In this position you will be a member of the management team in the Packaging 1.5ml Department, where you will be responsible for a team of highly engaged and high-performing operators. Your team’s main tasks are to ramp up and to operate the production line in compliance with internal and external requirements. Your team is responsible for producing 1.5 ml products with the highest performance and the best quality. The production is at first in a ramp up phase, but fast moving up to an operation 24/7 and your team works in shifts to support this. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you have: 2 years of managerial experience within production, probably within pharma or similar. Strong people leadership track record and thrive in a dynamic environment You have a strategic, innovative, and analytical mindset and preferably proven experience with complex problem solving and LEAN. You are fluent in both English and Danish. As a person you are empathetic, and active listener that build a supportive environment. Motivation and recognition boost morale, while adaptability and conflict resolution ensure a harmonious dynamic. These skills unite the team and drive them towards excellence. About the department In Packaging 1.5ml in Hillerød we are responsible for the production of our packaging lines of 1.5ml medical devices. While we continuously improve and upgrade our equipment, we are also a launch site with the responsibility for implementing and validating new products and production equipment.
