We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead a Project Management Office in the Packaging Programs and Projects division of Device Manufacturing and Development (DMD). The Position You will be a close partner in executing and supporting many projects within the program and you will be acting as the crucial link between workgroups, program managers, specialists, manufacturing sites and other key stakeholders. The team currently consist of 9 project managers supporting our global manufacturing sites and will grow in the coming years. They ensure high-quality project management for investment projects delivering packaging lines for one of Novo Nordisk's primary device platforms. Travel is required for supporting global sites and equipment suppliers. The main tasks will be to: Grow and develop the Project Management Office (PMO). Shape future collaboration with stakeholders. Ensure to follow our standardized processes, roles & responsibilities. Support successful execution of the projects in cooperation with of Novo’s global manufacturing sites. You will have an opportunity to work with a large variety of external stakeholders. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you: Hold a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, or similar. Have 4+ years of people management experience. Have solid experience working as a Project Manager for investment projects. Are fluent in both spoken and written English. Experience in pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing is preferred but not required. Interest in engineering and projects is necessary, and the role involves both management and project execution. You have a pioneer spirit, excel in build-up phases, balance leadership and management, communicate well, and work effectively with stakeholders. You think cross-functionally, find the best solutions for the business, take initiative, and challenge current practices.
