Are you an experienced IT and technical project management expert who thrives when you are involved in complex projects and possess extraordinary stakeholder management skills and strong communication skills? Are you looking forward to leading the way with the implementation of a new IT system? The position As our senior project manager, you will lead the implementation of Siemens COMOS in the organization and ensure compliance with timelines, budget, and quality standards. You will act as a primary liaison between stakeholders including the global IT organization, operations, design teams and external contractors. Develop and maintain a detailed project plan that identifies key milestones, resources, and risks. Establish a robust communication strategy to ensure that all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and support the project's goals and progress. Ensure seamless integration of Siemens COMOS with existing systems and processes, providing training and support to design users and operations teams for a smooth transition and long-term success. Monitor, evaluate, and report on project performance, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals. Explore Siemens COMOS' potential long-term operational roles within the organization and keep the tool anchored in the global IT infrastructure. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, information technology or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably with implementation of IT system or technical design software. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Excellent problem solving, organizational and multitasking skills. Skills in project management software and tools. As a person, you are friendly, proactive and have an open and flexible attitude. You possess the ability to create results and maintain an open-minded approach. You value teamwork as an important aspect for success and naturally gain the support of a project team while effectively communicating at all organizational levels. About the department You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 50,000 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the facilities of the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of 20 years from now.
