Do you want to make a difference within leadership and take on the responsibility of heading up a team of 5-10 dedicated and specialized Quality Assurance Employees? Do you feel motivated by challenges requiring a high level of professional competency and leadership experience? Then we may have just the right job for you, as we are looking for an Associate Manager to head up a QA team in CMC API QA in Bagsværd. The Position As an Associate Manager in Quality Assurance team in Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient QA you will get a broad range of exciting challenges with impact on the results for the SVP area feeding in to your personal and professional development.   • provide sparring, coaching and support the thrive and development of your employees.

  • ensure that skills and competences in the team are in place.

  • together with your team, you will ensure to build and maintain a close collaboration with our stakeholders.

    • To succeed, you must be a visible leader, who are good at listening to your team and who sets a clear direction. You will refer directly to the Director in CMC Development API QA, and you will be part of CMC API QA management team, that consist of the Director, three Associate Managers and a specialist. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Proven leadership experience.

  • Master within Pharmacy, Biotechnology or similar.

  • Experience from a pharmaceutical company or similar regulated industry.

  • Written and verbal communication skills in English and in Danish.

    • The most important asset that you can bring into this job is a well-developed understanding of leadership and quality and a natural urge to handle issues at the right level, make decisions and follow-up. You have a can-do attitude proactively striving for higher levels of performance not being afraid of being challenged by peers and employees. You need to have an excellent quality mind-set being able to balance compliance and product quality when making decisions and can stay firm when needed to secure the quality and compliance aspects. You are well organized and create strong results by engaging your employees in taking pride in delivering on their objectives. About the Department You will become part of CMC API QA department consisting of three teams where we are +40 dedicated colleagues. Our department culture ensures a healthy and fun working environment where we value strong relationships, people growth and optimisation of our processes. Our main purpose is to safeguard patient safety and ensure product quality and compliance in the CMC area, and ultimately release API for clinical trials.
