Then you could be the new Lean Partner in Needle Manufacturing and Sourcing Quality Assurance (NMS QA)
The position
As LEAN partner, you will identify, facilitate, and drive improvement projects both in the department and across the organisation. You will also be responsible for coaching and developing your colleagues in LEAN tools as part of your daily routine.
In the management team you will bring your LEAN perspective to the table and help drive optimisation of our processes and systems. You will play an active role in setting the goals and strategy for NMS QA and have a key role in the execution of the strategy.
You will report to the Director of NMS QA.
Qualifications
You hold a master’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, or a related discipline. You are well experienced in working with LEAN and project management. Knowledge of Novo Nordisk’s organisation and product portfolio, as well as quality and/or production processes from previous jobs is an advantage. Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English are required.
As a person, you are proactive, ambitious, have a great interest in developing yourself and a good sense of humour. You thrive in a dynamic environment with many simultaneous tasks and upcoming priorities, and always meet strict deadlines and business targets. Additionally, you are well organised, and you approach challenges in a logical manner. Lastly, you have strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to network, build trust in your relationships and get commitment from internal and external stakeholders.
About the department
NMS QA is located at the Novo Nordisk production site in Hjørring. The department consists of 25 dedicated QA professionals and QA release assistants. The department is responsible for quality assurance of the in-house production as well as the global supply chain of high-quality pen-needles for all Novo Nordisk prefilled- and durable devices. Our external suppliers are in Europe, Thailand and Japan. The main purpose of NMS QA is to safeguard patient safety, product quality and compliance.
