As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be driving projects on the Novo Nordisk SAP platform, supporting the high digital ambitions of Finance, Legal and Global Solutions. You will become part of a transformational journey through the companywide migration of SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. You will communicate with many different stakeholders and be a role model for your colleagues.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Drive and execute digital projects involving SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) modules
• Engage Line of Business stakeholders to guide on best practices and relevant solution requirements
• Communicate clearly, also with non-technical colleagues in line of business
• Contribute to our S/4HANA migration, from analysis to benefit realization We are looking for
A colleague who can collaborate across functional areas, bringing SAP technical expertise into practice.
To succeed in the role, you have:
• Significant technical insight into SAP Finance and/or SAP Controlling
• Experience translating between technical and business requirements to a variety of stakeholders
• 5+ years of relevant experience working with SAP FI/CO On a personal level, you demonstrate agility and quickly adapts quickly to change. You have excellent stakeholder management skills, balancing the needs of business while guiding on best practice.
