Are you looking for a global position where you can drive Wash & Sterilisation processes and equipment standards globally? If so, then you might be the Project Manager for Wash & Sterilisation we are looking for based in Gentofte. Read on to find out more! The position As Project Manager for Wash & Sterilisation (W&S) in Aseptic Production (AP) Expansions, Tech & Innovation, you will collaborate with team members and suppliers in assuring alignment between the team and all other stakeholders. You have a key role in being responsible of the future design of the processes and equipment in this area, striving for simple robust and future proof solutions in daily work. Areas of responsibility will include: Manage equipment projects and be the primary contact between supplier and the receiving sites. Manage cross-function projects that supports the W&S ambition in AP Expansions. Planning and executing all related tasks/ processes using standard project tools. Drive/facilitate elements of the quality, digitalisation, and connectivity journey together with the other work packages, QA, and other key stakeholders. Collaborate with other functions to secure adequate implementation of project. This position involves a high degree of stakeholder management within the organisation and with external partners which includes collaborating with SME’s, other team members, suppliers, QA, and our engineering partner. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to travel to our global sites which includes sites based in Denmark, France, US, and China. Up to 20% travel is expected for the position. Qualifications A degree within engineering, pharmaceutical science or similar. 3+ years of project management experience preferably from AP or the pharmaceutical industry. Certified and experience in applying LEAN, Six Sigma or similar frameworks is an advantage. Experience with W&S or worked with the implementation of equipment. Fluent in spoken and written English.
As a person, you are data driven with the ability to communicate complex content in a simple way. You are a team player who works well managing complex dependencies between different areas in a structured way and have excellent stakeholder management skills to manage expectations and navigate project timelines.
