If yes, explore this exciting opportunity! We are now looking for an Associate Manager for Quality Assurance of Internal Production. The Position As an Associate Manager of our Internal production QA team, you will be a part of the management team in the Quality Assurance department, where you will set the direction in close collaboration with the other managers and your 11 dedicated co-workers. The main tasks will be to:

  • Encourage employees to use and build their individual competencies
  • We work in a dynamic and challenging environment with tight deadlines, so you must be able to prioritise and take responsibility for quality and regulatory requirements – also when the solution is not obvious. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you:
  • Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering
  • Have at least 3 years of leadership experience
  • Have excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Are fluent in English and Danish
  • As a person you are confident in working with stakeholders at various levels within an organisation and you are an engaging leader. You take pride in achieving excellent results through the people you lead. You can work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of independence in prioritisation and planning execution. You thrive in the decision-making role where decisiveness, self-consciousness and conflict management are key words, and you know how to win acceptance through direct and clear communication. About the Department You will be a part of the Quality Assurance department and have a workday with a large degree of independence. You will have the chance to work closely with highly skilled colleagues both in your team and across the organisation. Your team, QA internal production, consists of 11 employees (primarily engineers) and are responsible for Quality oversight and Quality assurance of our internal production at Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing. The team is part of Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing QA which is overall responsible for Quality Assurance of the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk's pen needles including both internal and external production as well as manufacturing development.
