Are you looking for a new opportunity as a Project Manager where you can develop with your project team toward a fully automated process for the release of biological APIs? And would you like to put your mark on one of the world’s largest manufacturing facilities for pharmaceuticals? Then you may just be our new Project Manager for driving the successful implementation of digitalization and automation of the release documentation processes in our new manufacturing facility in the API area of Novo Nordisk. The Position
As a Project Manager, your main task will be to set directions and ensure the implementation of an innovative and streamlined process for automated product release in a brand-new manufacturing facility in Kalundborg, which we call instant release. In collaboration with the different project disciplines, both inside and outside the project, you will be responsible for the following:
• Manage and develop the masterplan for implementing digitalized and automated processes
• Break the implementation track down into tangible tasks and make sure that each activity is well understood and integrated into the subgroups of the project
• Coordinate the cross-functional project team to help them resolve issues and keep the traction
• Report on progress, status, and issues with the project management group
• Align and collaborate with the corporate initiative within documentation processes
In this exciting role, you will take a dynamic part in shaping the future of digitalized and automated documentation processes of biological APIs, where keywords are simplicity, alignment, and innovation. To succeed in this position, you:
- hold a master’s degree in Natural Sciences or similar technical background
- have 3+ years of working experience as a Project Manager or have hands-on experience leading projects supported by a project management toolbox/ qualification
- have good change management and stakeholder management skills – preferably within IT & digitalization, optimization, and/or LEAN
- are fully proficient in both written and spoken English. Ideally, your experience is from the pharmaceutical industry which includes batch release.
Preferably, you have experience, knowledge, or a keen interest in GMP and automation, robotics, and new technologies.
As a person, you have excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with stakeholders on all levels. You are challenged by the ability to embrace very complex tasks and slice them into specific tasks. Moreover, you have a strong drive to achieve ambitious targets and you are comfortable to work with a mix of planned and unplanned tasks that will require adaptability and a good blend of your competencies.
