In Novo Nordisk, we are expanding with new API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) manufacturing facilities to support the company portfolio of future oral and injectable pharmaceuticals. We are now hiring Senior Project Managers for clean and black utility installations (CU and BU). The position As a Senior Project Manager – Utility Installations, you will facilitate design and technology discussions across the owner team, engineering partners and contractors. Your focus will be to design, build and optimize standardised systems and standard equipment fit for pharmaceutical production. You will hold project and leadership responsibility for: Clean Utility Engineering Responsible and Operations Responsible Black Utility Engineering Responsible You and your team drive the specification of processes, equipment, and components. You team is responsible for the consistency of work processes during design and construction, for overseeing cross-disciplinary quality standards, and for ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical codes and regulations. Your team owns the change and scope control process across all parts of the project, meeting the agreed timeline for the project and following up on agreed deliverables. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you should: Have 5+ years of relevant project/management experience, preferably from pharmaceutical manufacturing, food manufacturing, or oil and gas. Hold a master's or bachelor's degree in engineering or similar. Have a solid understanding of process equipment, automation and of working in a regulated environment. Have a solid understanding of systematic problem-solving. Be proficient in English (verbal and written). On a personal level, you enjoy close teamwork, can ride a storm off, and are a strong motivator of others. You thrive in a multicultural environment that demands independence to make critical decisions.
