As PMO Analyst in the IM2 area, you will be responsible for strengthening the maturity of the PMO through the design and implementation of key area-wide initiatives that support project delivery.These initiatives include:
• Supporting senior management in championing and embedding key practices across the area.
• Working with key stakeholders to understand process flows and convert them into formal procedural documents.
• Educating and training team members on procedures, processes, and tools, maintaining and developing the team's knowledge base, ensuring effective onboarding, and providing first-line support. Aligning Novo Nordisk project governance requirements with daily LEAN (or cLEAN®, as we call it at Novo Nordisk) business practices and processes.
• Identifying gaps in process and contributing ideas for how to improve.You will report directly to the Head of PMO and collaborate daily with a diverse team of engaged project managers and other project professionals.Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we imagine that you:
• Hold an academic degree, supported by some years of experience in relevant project delivery or process improvement roles.
• Are confident in the application of project management tools, processes, and methodologies.
• Can present and discuss solutions with stakeholders including senior decision-makers.
• Are able to adapt industry best practices to specific corporate needs (cultural and compliance).
• Are fluent in verbal and written English.As a person, you are persistent, resilient and maintain a positive attitude. You have a passion for continued learning and a willingness to translate this into operational change. You are open to challenge and debate, and avoid being wedded to a single solution.
About the department
Insulin Manufacturing 2 (IM2) in Kalundborg is part of the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) area in Novo Nordisk. The plant has seven different departments, with more than 600 colleagues producing the core ingredient of many of the quality products we deliver to people living with diabetes around the world. In the IM2 Project Team you will be part of a team that supports all departments, driving a variety of high importance investment projects and developing and optimizing the facility.
We work in close collaboration with a diverse set of stakeholders – internal as well as external - with a broad range of concerns and a tight set of constraints.
