The position
As a trusted advisor for the local management team, you will be dedicated to supporting our Manufacturing Development area. You will help to develop the organisation to meet future needs, set the direction within HR-related topics and be a key player in developing and supporting senior management teams to succeed. Other responsibilities will be within: Organisational development, process facilitation and team development. Facilitating HR processes, and leading HR projects; executing the central annual HR processes, bonus & salary, talent management and employee engagement survey. Contributing to the development and implementation of cross-functional initiatives both internally in MDev, but also across the SVP area. Supporting and driving strategic and operational discussions with regard to leadership, organisational structure, performance governance, company culture and sustainable well-being. Your main stakeholders will be your local management team, P&O Project Lead, P&O Project coordinator and the HRBPs. The position will link you to a wide range of stakeholders across locations and levels, which requires you to work from both Kalundborg and Copenhagen (Bagsværd), depending on where it is needed.
Qualifications We imagine that you have: Several years of working experience as HR Business Partner in large matrix organization. Academic degree, preferably within HR, Psychology, Sociology or Business Management. Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to understand business needs and propose adequate solutions. Experience in facilitating processes and discussions, mediating and coaching leaders. Fluency in English is a prerequisite. Danish skills – or willingness to learn – will be considered a plus. Further, you can create a strong collaboration foundation on all levels of an organisation; be a valuable partner for business and the supported teams. You are solution-oriented, curious about data, and able to find insights in HR data, in order to make relevant decisions or suggest an adequate change. You have the desire to run HR projects, design processes and drive changes. Finally, you are a great colleague who proactively seeks to contribute to the business and your department. Our People & Organisation Business Partnering team consist of 8 HRBP, a Project Lead, a project coordinator, a Training Academy team and several students, supporting all HR processes in API. Together, we are responsible for developing our organisation and employees to meet current and future needs. You will be assigned to Manufacturing Development (MDev), a cross-functional area that works at the interface between R&D and full-scale manufacturing with a focus on process management, process understanding, implementation and optimisation. In this area you will find more than 200 skilled colleagues working within four strategic areas (1) Fermented API; (2) Synthetic peptide API’s and Side Chain Reagents; (3) QC support; (4) Equipment, design & modelling.
