As a member of our ServiceNow team in Digital, Data & IT, you'll work alongside dedicated professionals who prioritize high value creation and innovation with the goal of enhancing patients' lives.
Let’s talk about the role
As the ServiceNow Lead Developer you will be responsible for
• Defining development standards and guideline
• Ensuring that development is aligned with ServiceNow standards and CSDM
• Ensuring that solutions are coherent across the IT modules in ServiceNow (ITOM, ITSM, ITAM and IRM)
• Assisting Product Owners refining stories ensuring clear guidance to developers on how to configure solutions
• Supervise internal and external developers
• Keep Product Owner updated on new ServiceNow capabilities that could benefit stakeholders
• Actively contribute to the ServiceNow CMDB Architecture boardSkills we are looking for
As an ideal candidate you have:
• +10 years of professional experience
• A strong background and hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration including best practices and governance
• Deep knowledge in leading and delegating work to developers and other team members, while maintaining a strong relationship with key stakeholders, ensuring delivery of the right solutions

You will join a highly motivated and engaged team of Senior Architects, Product Owners, Scrum Master and internal and external developers which all are working agile with the scrum methodology.
