About the Department You will join PP Supply Chain & Finance (20) in Kalundborg, Denmark, where we are approx. 20 colleagues. The Position The role will primarily be accountable for production budgeting supporting on all levels in our 5 purification plants and participating in cross-department projects. Other tasks of the role are: Finance partnering for all departments by supporting budget planning, tracking, and decision making Prepare analysis, commentary and confidently doing presentations for financial budget reviews and reports to management and other stakeholders Participate as key member in cross-department projects and ad-hoc analysis tasks and project management Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree required Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in business controlling and management and stakeholder reporting Demonstrate ability to constructively confront status quo and directly influence others in a respectful manner under pressure, organize, manage, prioritize, and execute on multiple deliverables Effective communication & social skills Experience in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI , Qlik sense, or Tableau is considered as an advantage Working in Novo Nordisk At Novo Nordisk, we don’t wait for change.
