This is an outward facing and dynamic position, where you will be part of an CVP area highly engaged in exciting investment and development projects to scale up our API production to clinical trials as well as digitalization of our processes, preparing us for the future. Come join us! The position You will serve as a Strategic Business Partner for the Corporate Vice President (CVP) in API Pilots, a part of CMC Development. You will support the CVP and the area’s management team on a wide range of business-related matters, both strategic, operational and financial tasks as well as providing selected day-to-day guidance, analyses, budget and communication-related tasks. You will be the local anchor in the CVP areas for the biannual business plan (Strategy2Action) process and support the strategy deployment. This includes identifying, developing and implementing business initiatives to support the overall strategic goals, follow up on actions and create presentation material on behalf of the CVP. You will work closely with different business units and create real impact through active partnerships. The position offers frequent senior management interaction and the opportunity to impact how well the organisation is prepared for the many future opportunities and challenges. Qualifications
You hold a relevant Master’s degree within science, business, finance or other relevant degree. You have a proven track record working with business partnering as well as 4-8 years of work experience preferably within business development, project management or consultancy. Furthermore you: have excellent analytical skills and an ability to transform analysis into clear and impactful communication and actions can drive and facilitate strategic discussions on a senior management level and have strong stakeholder management understanding/skills take pride in handling and delivering on different operational and tactical tasks and projects simultaneously work proactively and independently, experienced in taking the lead on complex tasks and projects preferably understanding of API production and/or other complex manufacturing processes
To succeed in this position, an in depth understanding of the business dynamics is needed, analysing forecast and actively translate it into immediate and future business actions. You are ambitious, self-driven and a dedicated team-player with a genuine interest in understanding other’s perspectives. As a person, you interact with stakeholders in a humble and respectful manner, while not being afraid of challenging status quo. You have excellent communication skills and can easily interact with colleagues at all levels in the organisation. Lastly, excellent English skills written and spoken is a prerequisite.
