Would you like to have a central role at our BRD aseptic filling factory in Kalundborg? We are looking for an experienced Senior Improvement Professional to join our team and help us achieve our main objectives of solving intra- or cross-department problems, aiding in simplification of processes, and supporting full implementation.

As a professional in Operational Excellence Support, you will be responsible for involving the relevant stakeholders, making data-based decisions, using cross-functional cooperation, thinking about the broad picture, ensuring aligned/shared procedures, and ensuring aligned priority. You will be working in a team of seven individuals, each possessing unique competencies that will be needed during various stages of problem-solving and implementation. You will be working with different types of processes in the factory such as e.g. environmental monitoring, formulation, filling, freeze-drying wash and sterilization, facility, and inspection. You will be responsible for: • Leading the team in identifying and analyzing problems incl. deviations
• Developing solutions to simplify processes.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure aligned/shared procedures and priorities.
• Use data-based decision making to drive process improvements.
• Manage projects related to process improvement initiatives.
• Utilize process and equipment knowledge to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Communicate progress and results to relevant stakeholders. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: • An academic degree within engineering, chemistry, biochemistry, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Performed change requests (CR) in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Performed validations in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Full proficiency in English and Danish. On a personal level, you thrive on working with individuals at all levels of the organization. You enjoy collaborating and communicating with others and setting a clear direction. You are solution-oriented and work systematically with a pragmatic approach, always striving for simplicity in processes. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and you have the ability to manage multiple projects, and priorities. About the department
Our newly established department Operational Excellence (OpEx) is working to ensure operational compliance with the QMS system, strengthen our license to operate, continue to develop and deploy the cLEAN Supply System, and provide excellent training to our colleagues within our CVP area. You will be a part of the OpEx support team with other supporters. The OpEx department also consists of the Training & Archive Support team, the GMP Support team and the cLean Support team and is supporting 6 different departments in the factory. Working at BRD,
