Senior IT System & Service Supporter with a passion for technical solutions
We are looking for an experienced IT System & Service Supporter, with a strong technical background. Do you have experience working with e.g. laboratory computerised equipment or manufacturing equipment? The position
As our new Senior IT System & Service Supporter in the IT&OT Operations team, you will play a key role influencing our current production and/or laboratory facilities. You will be part of our ‘first response’ when our colleagues across the value chain experience technical issues related to connectivity, server access and digitalisation. You will solve your tasks independently as well as in collaboration with professionals with various backgrounds within academics and technical expertise, to solve the issues. As part of the operations team supporting 100+ IT systems and equipment, no days will be the same. You collaborate with your colleagues to ensure robust IT and automation solutions in multiple facilities, which in turn produce a range of different products within resins and enzymes, as well as a packaging facility. Our three laboratories cover a range of specialised disciplines within R&D, Microanalysis of particles and Quality Control analysis in support of our GMP production facilities.

About the department
You will become part of our IT&OT Operations team, working side by side with experienced colleagues from across the organisation who know the processes in the laboratories and in the production, as well as the opportunities for optimisation. We work closely with our sister team, IT&OT Support, which mainly consist of IT System Managers in support laboratories and administrative IT, and our compliance team, including IT Security function.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position has:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working with laboratory and/or production systems in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (GMP/GXP)
- Strong project participation skills will be considered a great asset
- A strong technical background, preferably a 2-year vocational education as ‘IT Supporter’, combined with years of experience. Further education within IT infrastructure and/or Data management will be considered an advantage
- Is fluent in technical English and it is considered a great advantage if you understand and speak Danish as well.
