As our new colleague, your days will be highly varied. You will be a part of a project team and represent the production in all areas of facility design where production SME expertise is required (e.g., building and utilities, IT and automation). As a Senior Production Subject Matter Expert, you will be given plenty of responsibility: You will influence and review production equipment design and qualification activities as operational responsible and support management in decisions and prioritization. You will be involved in building and maintaining a high level of quality, where we use LEAN tools to ensure that we systematically solve our problems with a lasting and well-thought-through solution. You will have great impact on how the production processes will meet future regulatory demands and will be responsible for inputs for the relevant production processes where you will secure organizational attention and management priority and engagement in the projects Until the organisation grows the work is done by the minds and hands available and all hands are on deck! All of this will be done in an environment where errors are regarded as opportunities to learn and where you can always count on the support of your colleagues and project management. In the job, you will have a wide range of stakeholders, and therefore good collaboration skills are essential for the position. Qualifications
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally You have a relevant academic background such as engineer, pharmacist, chemist or similar scientific/technical education and several years of experience from solid dosage form production within the pharmaceutical industry. You should have direct experience from process support or equipment qualification in a GMP-regulated environment. Danish and English communication skills are a must. As a person, you have a high-quality mindset and meet your deadlines. With your structured approach to your tasks, you maintain an overview - even in a changing environment where priorities can change quickly. Personal drive, energy and a positive attitude are essential. These competencies are necessary for a production where working hours in periods can vary, and the pace is high. About the department Oral Finished Products (OFP) MDEV (Manufacturing Development) Project Office consists of approx. 13 dedicated Project Managers as well as specialists supporting both Manufacturing Development and our productions sites in Maaloev DK and Durham US. The position as Senior Production Subject Matter Expert in OFP MDEV Project office is an expansion since we are an area in growth. Why should you choose to be part of our journey?
