If yes, then you may be our new Technical Documentation Supporter to join our department on an exciting journey where we support Novo Nordisk’s ability to deliver fantastic medical pen systems to our patients. The job Together with another Technical Documentation Supporter you will be responsible for handling different support process across our two teams of Engineers. Your main task will be:
  • Handling change Requests in collaboration with Engineers and QA related to ordering and validation of equipment.
  • You will also be responsible for other supporting processes across our two teams e.g. updating SOPs.
    • For you to succeed in this job it is important that you are working in a structured and standardized way in close collaboration with all your peers. It is also important that you have an improvement mindset being curios on improving our exiting way of working. The coming years we are to install a lot of equipment worldwide, so it is important we streamline our processes to best support this growth. Your tasks will be critic as it enables us to always have validated equipment ready to produce quality devices to our many patients.   • An academic degree in engineering, pharmacy, business or other relevant education. Both recently graduated and experienced candidates will be considered for this position.
  • Ideally you have experience from a similar position working in a GMP regulated environment
  • you are self-driven, proactive with a high degree of responsibility and can manage several tasks simultaneously.
  • You possess strong stakeholder management skills and can communicate clearly.
  • You are curious by nature and dare to challenge status quo.
    • About the department Device Manufacturing & Sourcing is located in new buildings in beautiful surroundings in Hillerød. The department Moulding & Quality Support consists of 85 dedicated engineers and professionals. The department is responsible for maintaining our fleet of moulding-, decoration- and robot equipment, and installing new capacity.
