Training Supporter role in CMC Oral Protein Development On the edge of the future

About the department
As part of Novo Nordisk’s R&D family, Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Development makes a real difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world. We develop and formulate all new processes coming out of our research units in our pilot plants, ensuring that we bring best-in-class treatments to the market. OPDev is an area within CMC Development, which employs approximately 220 highly skilled people organised in five departments and is based in Måløv. Our focus is to develop and manufacture solid dose tablets for pre-clinical and clinical trial phases I and II covering a broad and exciting range of process technologies for solid dosage forms.
The position
You will join the department - OPDev Technical support – which consists of two teams, contributing with a broad range of skills, such as maintenance, calibration, qualification, IT and general support to ensure daily operations of GsP and GmP IT systems. You will be a part of our IT & Quality team.
As Training Supporter in OPDev you will together with the Training Responsible support the five departments with their training-related tasks, and in ensuring that the departments always meet applicable regulatory requirements in the area. Your responsibilities will be to ensure that the departments' training is carried out and that there is coherence between structure, training system, training flow and training material.
You play a key role in ensuring the most effective training of colleagues, and will, among other things: Maintain plans for onboarding new employees, as well as prepare and update training materials in collaboration with colleagues in OPDev or other stakeholders. Supporter managers in review of registration/cancellation of training Supporter OPDev in handling various IT systems within training and QMS Participate in improvement projects and optimizations within training and QMS Ensure that new training is assigned to the right employee and becomes part of OPDev's training structure Daily training box support via email or phone
Qualifications
A good match would have the following:
Experience from the Pharma industry under GMP regulations. A Bachelor's degree - alternatively a minimum of 2 years of experience with training tasks and administrative tasks. Insight into the connection between training and competency development and business challenges Experience working in different IT systems and handling large amounts of data. Good communication skills in both Danish and English. As a person, you
dare to take the lead, even when the task initially is a bit blurry. Build relationships and ensure trust and commitment from colleagues and other stakeholders. Alternate between having an eye for detail and being able to see the cross-cutting and overall perspective. Manage tasks in a targeted manner and identify, initiate and follow up on actions. Is curious, quality-conscious, able to work independently and take the initiative for new tasks.
