Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to support, coach and drive the success of our new tablet production? We are looking for an energetic and engaged Associate Manager for our vastly growing team of operators and skilled workers, and with the right behaviour and skill set, you might be the one! The Position As an Associate Manager you will lead an ambitious team of 18-20 employees working with establishment, ramp-up and daily operation of our bulk tablet production. The main tasks will be to:
  • Guide, develop, and expand the team to match future demand

  • Drive employee development

  • Focus on an inclusive and diverse work environment

  • Drive timely progress on project and production plans.

    • As a part of a management team, you will focus on succeeding together through trust, dialogue, and close collaboration. Your primary workplace will be the shopfloor where you use your curiosity to get to know your team, their needs, and their process. You will challenge and help each other find the most sustainable solutions for the entire department. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • 1 year of leadership or an individual contributor experience combined with leadership programmes

  • The ability to manage different types of employee groups from professionals, laboratory technicians and operators

  • Good communication skills in Danish.

About the Department OFP is organizationally located in Product Supply and is steadily growing to support the demands of the market. We are approx. 850 committed colleagues in OFP Production in Måløv split between two buildings and we have great ambitions for the future! The department is responsible for the qualification, ramp-up and production of our new 2nd Generation Rybelsus tablet and we already have approx. 45 employees onboard.
