The position As an Associate Manager, you'll be leading a diverse team of QMS and training professionals, tcoordinators, a business analyst and a project manager. The team currently consists of six skilled employees and the team will be expanded during 2024. The department was created in June as part of a major reorganization, therefore will be an exciting opportunity to scope the mission of the team and hire the right competencies to support the full aspiration of the department together with the Director. In this position, your focus will be to: • Set direction for the team ensuring the prioritizations and strategies are developed and executed. • Translate business needs into clear initiatives that will support the CVP area • Define and hire the right competencies to support the full aspiration for the business support function together with the director • Most importantly create a strong team spirit where everybody knows how the work performed in the team creates great value for the area. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you have: • An academic background • Leadership toolbox and knowledge of how to create a sense of belonging and fellowship • Analytical skills supported with business support understanding • Natural ability to effectively engage people, build trust in relationships, and secure commitment from internal stakeholders • Fluency in both spoken and written English Pharmaceutical knowledge will be a plus. As a person, you possess a strong drive and result-oriented mindset, coupled with excellent team collaboration skills. You thriving in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment. Moreover, you set clear direction but in an emphatic way, lead and motivate your team to deliver their best and have a desire to influence and impact others beyond your own area. About the department At the department, we function as the control tower for the CVP area by securing clear strategies and robust processes for QMS, training and cLEAN across OPDEV. In addition, the team will be responsible for business analysis and designing robust cross area processes with a strong link to other areas. .
