The Position As an Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to assess risks and identify hazards in the workplace and environment. The team works closely with the project team and the department. The main tasks will be to:
• Coordinate tasks related to EHS management of changes in the project and participate in EHS audits.
• Perform EHS assessments for changes in processes, facilities, and work procedures.
• Provide competent EHS advice and promote the right behaviour.
• Track/follow-up on actions from EHS assessments.
• Provide local training in EHS management of changes to relevant stakeholders. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you should have:
• A bachelor or master´s degree in environmental health and safety engineering, pharmaceutical science, chemical engineering, microbiology or similar.
• EHS related experience from the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of all health and safety codes, regulations, laws, policies and a knowledge of Occupational Exposure Band (OEB) and how to develop best practice.
• Experience in participating in inspections and audits regarding EHS.
• Full professional proficiency in English, Danish is a plus. On a personal level, you are curious and possess a can-do mindset. With exceptional communication skills, you highlight positive personality. We like to keep a strong quality mindset and an open-minded approach to problem-solving. Being result-oriented, good at planning, and take pride in driving tasks forward and meeting deadlines are skills important to have in this role. Being able to work independently or in cooperation with multiple stakeholders, setting direction and making complicated regulations and laws easy to understand and implement is key to succeed in this role. Staying calm and keeping an overview in a busy, changeable working environment are behaviours that are foundation to build on in this team. About the department Oral Product Development (OPDev) Clinical Operations is located in Måløv. The area is responsible of producing tablets as well as new products. You will be a part of the campaign support team in ET OPDev Clinical Operations. In the department we optimize production making the processes ready for GMP in large scale production.
