The position As the Project Manager Integration, you will be setting direction and deliver results with the Development Integration Team, overseeing the successful integration of assets or companies into the Development organisation. The Development Integration Team represents various lines of business (LoB) functional areas across Development at , ensuring the necessary level of skills, expertise, and decision-making power to support the optimal development and launch of in-licensed and/or acquired assets. Working closely with and supporting the Development Integration Team, the legacy company representatives, and the Global Project Team, you will play an important role in contributing to the successful development and launch of the assets in question. This position, based at HQ, offers global impact and influence through the execution of integration project activities. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting and delivering on the integration project management activities related to the in licensing of clinical programs and/or acquisition of assets and companies Supporting decisions for the overall integration strategy and identify risks and mitigating actions in collaboration with the Integration Lead Ensuring relevant cross-functional alignment and project endorsement with the Integration Lead Planning and conducting Integration Team meetings and cross-functional workshops in collaboration with the Integration Lead Communicating and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders globally Qualifications To be considered for the Project Manager Integration role at , applicants should possess the following qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree within Health Sciences, Business Administration or Management Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with demonstrated success in setting direction and delivering result for complex projects Experience: Candidates who have previously worked within Development areas such as Regulatory, Safety, Medical Writing/Clinical Reporting, Medical, Data Science or similar will be preferred Knowledge: Understanding of pharma, systems, and processes, particularly those within the Development organization Skills:

- Proven track record of strong project management and stakeholder management skills
