Apply now and join as a Senior UX Designer in the Clinical Digital Innovation Products team. The Position We are currently looking for a Senior UX Designer to drive the design process from early discovery to final design implementation in our product teams supporting clinical development. Your main tasks will be:
  • Planning and conducting user interviews, tests, and workshops
  • To do user research, analyse findings, and build prototypes, wireframes etc, to help create digital products
  • To collaborate with users, business stakeholders and the product team
    • You are expected to be self-driven and have a curious mindset to help shape our digital products that support the overall organisation, always with the user and their needs at the core. Qualifications To be successful in this position you have:
  • A master’s degree focussed on digital design or equivalent
  • Proven track record of researching, planning, and designing digital products with a user focus
  • Experience working in Figma or similar
  • Proven track record with digital product design (design thinking, user journeys, etc)
  • Good communication skills in English
    • With a curious mindset, you excel at engaging with stakeholders and comprehending user needs, business challenges, and the art of balancing different perspectives. You enjoy working in a diverse team of professionals and are comfortable with challenging status quo across seniority levels. You have a track record of successful collaborations and are good at communicating complex ideas. Overall, you are passionate about agile ways of working, and are eager to deliver values with your unique skillset. About the Department Clinical Digital Innovation Products is focused on amplifying the value and insights generated in our clinical trials. We are passionate people with diverse backgrounds – all working as digital designers, product owners, scrum masters, or developers. The majority of our digital products are internally focussed and support our organisation in the designing, planning, and conducting clinical trials. We drive the entire product process from idea to decommission including product discovery, strategy, portfolio mindset, operations, prioritization, and decommission.
