As Scrum Master, you will become a key member of our product teams and own the software development process and ceremonies. Your key responsibilities: Preparing and facilitating events for the team, e.g. stand-up meetings, retrospectives, demos, etc. Coach and guide your team in ways of working, helping the team to achieve their goals Drive continuous improvement, creating a learning environment, and ensuring learnings are shared across agile teams Qualifications To thrive and succeed, we expect you to be passionate about software development and have: +5 years’ experience with IT projects including project management or Scrum Master Proven track record of coaching a scrum team whilst also driving the team toward value-driven output and removing impediments along the way Ability to foster effective team collaboration and an open and honest communication Superb agile mindset to support the product team and apply best practices On a personal level, you are an ambitious, proactive and get energized from working with people in an ever-changing environment. You excel at being a servant leader for people and ensure that the team manages its progress and ensure that obstacles are removed. You like to learn, react, and adapt to changes, and share experiences. You can challenge the status quo and inspire the people in the team. Overall, you are a team player who takes responsibility for the team and ensures excellent collaboration with the other agile teams and our business stakeholders. About the department Clinical Digital Innovation Products is focused on amplifying the value and insights generated in our clinical trials. We are passionate people with diverse backgrounds – all working as digital designers, product owners, scrum masters, or developers. The majority of our digital products are internally focussed and support our organisation in the designing, planning, and conducting clinical trials. We drive the entire product process from idea to decommission including product discovery, strategy, portfolio mindset, operations, prioritization, and decommission.
