At Novo Nordisk, IT Quality Assurance (QA) defines and implements the QA activities for regulated (GxP) applications and solutions. The team contributes to patient safety, setting the direction for the global application and implementation of regulatory requirements based on pharmaceutical industry standards and best practices. As part of this team, we offer a unique opportunity to grow and develop your skills in IT and quality in collaboration with experienced IT Quality professionals and by participating in their projects. Among other things, you will be a part of advising on risk management, quality planning, approving quality-related deliverables, preparations for internal audits, and external inspections by authorities. On the side of building your skillset within this field, we welcome you to bring new perspectives to our team. You will get to work closely with the agile project management teams and stakeholders in Line of Business, where you, among other things, will get to leverage quality assurance, IT, and business process knowledge, including IT technical expertise, to ensure both efficient and effective quality assurance and compliance in an agile setting. Your experience For this role, we are looking for colleagues with the right mindset, a curiosity for quality assurance, and a passion for IT.
  • MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant field, where you have worked with IT Substance
  • Thriving with stakeholder interaction and with the ability to present complex matters in a clear and precise way
  • An enthusiastic and committed team player who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment with tight deadlines while maintaining a good sense of humor.
  • You have the right mindset and are open to learning and applying new skills.
  • Experience within QA is an advantage but not a prerequisite. Informal guidance and formal training will be provided.
