If so, come join us as a Global Project Manager AP Implementation! The position As a Global Project Manager Aseptic Production (AP) Implementation, you will be welcomed into a strong team of the Implementation Engineers who are supporting and improving our AP in Injectable Finished Products (IFP). You will have the exciting opportunity to work across all our manufacturing sites implementing new technology that enables us to keep supplying our current and new patients with the best products on the market. You can expect your primary projects to be within aseptic production, and part of your responsibilities will be to drive the global implementations of new technologies on our sites in e.g.: China, Brazil, USA, France, and Denmark.
Your key responsibilities will include: • Leading the implementation of the new technology worldwide.
• Managing relations with the stakeholders and the steering groups.
• Close collaboration with tech development team and technical excellence team as well as the local sites across the entire network.
• Global problem solving and facilitation. We would like to welcome you on the first project ready for you to take over. It will be focused on the implementation of a new Tray Loading (TLU) and an Off-Loading System.
This role offers a great opportunity to travel since it has a global impact with our IFP sites. Travel differs from project to project and from person to person, but it can be expected. The team has a dynamic and flexible approach to working where you will have a combination of working onsite, working from home, and working globally! Qualifications We are looking for someone who thrives in a global environment and enjoys communicating with people from various cultures. At the same time, someone who leads by an example and knows how to motivate the team. To succeed in this role, you have:
• A BSc, MSc or Diploma Engineer equivalent in Engineering, Chemical Engineer, Mechanics, Pharmaceutical Science or similar.
• At least, 3 years of work experience with project management with a strong Project Management toolbox.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries.
• Solution oriented and experienced professional skills in creating continuous improvement projects.
• Professional proficiency in English.
As a person, you see yourself as being self-driven, have a focus on quality and a problem-solving approach to drive complex projects and manage a broad stakeholder landscape. Furthermore, you can keep a good overview and coordinate many ongoing activities. About the department You will be a part of the AP Reliability and implementation department in IFP Asset Management and Platform Performance, Product Supply (PS). Your working place will be in Bagsværd, Denmark. The team's mission is to minimize or eliminate human intervention in our production through optimization, robotics, and automation. You will work together with specialist, academics, technicians, and external development partners covering a wide range of disciplines.
