The position As a Project Manager in Global Solutions, your main responsibilities will be to: Support and drive project execution Manage project-related stakeholders in terms of expectations and ensure project/work streams objectives are properly aligned Independently anchor project solution efficiently with stakeholders within and outside the project Use data analytics and BI to support decisions and business development Promote and enhance good department team spirit and contribute to a high degree of knowledge sharing and collaboration Practice in accordance with the NN Way and Novo Nordisk Quality Management System Furthermore, you will participate in and contribute to department meetings and other internal Novo Nordisk and department specific activities, conduct data and business analysis, and challenge, develop and motivate other project team members. Qualifications You hold a master’s degree preferably with commercial, economic, scientific, or engineering focus, and minimum 4-6 years of experience in working with project management, consulting and financial frameworks and approaches driving business transformation projects. Other success criteria are: Experience in managing complex projects and ability to set direction in business-critical processes. Solid project management toolbox Prior experience from full/part time role in tier 1 consultancies and pharma/health care industry, is highly beneficial but not a prerequisite Proficiency in using PC tools (PowerPoint, Excel etc.) Proficient English language skills (written and orally) Ability to prepare leadership decks, business cases/proposals with minimal supervision On a personal level, you are a team player with high level of integrity, strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, curiosity, and ability to be positive towards changes, while being engaged and able to drive own performance. Furthermore, we expect you to have structured and analytical approach to tasks with a focus on meeting deadlines. Global Solutions consist of Corporate Procurement, Corporate Facilities, Global Business Services (GBS, and Novo Nordisk Conference Centres & Travel.
