The position
In Oral Product Development (OPDev) we are continuously optimizing by designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions within digitalization and automation. OPDev is expanding and striving to always be ahead of the curve when it comes to adapting to future changes and challenges.
To drive this, we recently established our Digitalization and Innovation team to build capacity in identifying, designing, building and implementing solutions that assist our Sandbox testing facility and the clinical trial production in performing their processes more efficiently and reliably.
As our Data Analyst in the Digitalization and Innovation Team, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders from different departments to understand their needs and requirements for data and automation. To succeed in this position, you need to be able to analyze and visualize data from various sources and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in our processes and solutions.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for:
• Design, develop, and test data models, dashboards, reports, and tools that support data-driven decision making and problem solving.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Provide training and support to end users on how to use and interpret data and automation solutions.
Qualifications
The key success criteria are:
• At least a bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, etc.
• Experience with programming languages, such as Python, R, Java, C#, etc.
• Experience with automation and digitalization solutions, such as PLC, HMI, OpenCV, etc. will be an added advantage.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Validation experience is an advantage.
On a personal level, you are a dedicated team player who inspires trust among colleagues and stakeholders. You have ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. You are eager to learn new skills and technologies.
As the team is brand new, you will be expected to be proactive towards stakeholders in aligning expectations, scoping etc. About the department
You will join the Digitalization and Innovation team, which is part of the Emerging Technology OPDev area within Product Supply Quality & IT. The team is responsible for identifying, designing, building, and implementing solutions that assist our Sandbox testing facility and the clinical trial production in performing their processes more efficiently and reliably. The team is currently composed of three colleagues and is expected to grow to eight by 2024. The team works in close collaboration with other departments and functions within OPDev, as well as external partners and vendors. The workplace is in Måløv and requires a minimum of 3-4 days on-site per week.
