What you will be doing As a Senior Finance Business Partner you will play a crucial role in helping the new Finance Director drive the strategy, the story telling and culture within the finance team and across DD&IT , within the broader structure. You will join a small team, as a senior role model, and will have the opportunity to have meaningful impact in shaping its future. Additionally, you will have the following responsibilities: Conducting month-end and quarter reporting activities Leading the budget process consolidation and taking ownership of the numbers, while providing start Delivering high-quality finance partnering to respective SVP areas as well as respective leadership teams Keeping the DD&IT Finance Director informed about financial developments Drive automation initiatives across DD&IT Finance processes Mentoring and developing the DD&IT Finance team, fostering a culture of attention to detail and accountability You are expected to bring a strategic approach linking our operational and tactical tasks to increase operating performance and results through budget rounds and handling of budgets across the organization. foster an environment of proactiveness and helpfulness, leading by example. Which competencies to bring To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field Around 5 to 8 years of experience in finance, preferably in a business partnering role Experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and reporting Experience working with Technology Business Management would be ideal Experience building complex data into simple storylines and conveying key messages Ability to work effectively in a global and cross-functional team, and collaborate with senior stakeholder Strong analytical and problem-solving skills On a personal level, you are trustworthy, reliable and structured, and we value if you have the ambition to progress to a manager role in the future. Experience or interest in strategical operations, such as simplifications/automations of processes would be taken into consideration.
