The position You will be part of the Technology Innovation management team, and you will refer to the VP heading the area and work closely with her management team. You will be an important player in engaging and supporting the area regarding practicalities, communication, culture & atmosphere. You task will be variated and could be: Participate in management meetings and drive the agenda. Support the VP management team with ad hoc. Tasks. Support the area with internal communication tasks such as videos, SharePoint Sites, content for Yammer etc. Support with onboarding of new employees. Organize teambuilding, events and celebrations in close collaboration with the area assistant. Facilitate and drive project planning workshops and project boards and contribute to Innovation Sprints. Based on your competencies and experience, you will also support other activities across the area. You can anticipate varied workdays with changing priorities depending on the tasks at hand. Moreover, you can expect continuous feedback and support on the work you deliver and on your personal development. Qualifications To succeed in this role, as a proactive project coordinator, we expect you to have: A master’s degree within business administration, natural sciences, engineering, communication or similar. Strong IT skills and interest (MS Office 365, incl. Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel) and you can produce content (video and text) for our internal channels such as viva engage and SharePoint. Experience from pharma production is advantageous. Great stakeholder management skills and you are service minded. Professional proficiency in written and spoken English. On a personal level, you are eager to learn new things and feel motivated to work independently in a structured way. If you see an opportunity for optimization, you are not afraid to speak up as you have developed a can-do attitude and like to juggle many different balls at the same time. Furthermore, you are familiar with strategic communication. About the department As a part of Product Supply, Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Manufacturing Development (ManDev) supports our global production sites by creating innovative improvements to manufacturing processes while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance. In technology Innovation we are designing and building our future aseptic filling lines across the world making sure to meet the patients’ future needs.
