The position As one of our Project Managers, you will manage cross-organizational projects of medium complexity aimed at establishing production set-ups and expansions at external manufacturing sites situated around the world. Your main tasks include: Directing key strategic project planning and execution, including creating and developing the project plan, as well as monitoring and controlling project work Assessing the foundations of the business case and challenging assumptions for informed decision-making Negotiating project resources with line managers and effectively managing and engaging them throughout the project execution Collaborating with the project owner to establish appropriate project governance, reporting project performance to stakeholders, and performing integrated change control Ensuring compliance with Quality Management System and health and safety requirements. Coordinating with other projects, actively supporting the implementation of standards and ways of working across DMS II, while contributing to best practice project execution. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we expect that you: Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or in any other related field Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the operational delivery of international projects associated with production, manufacturing, outsourcing, or CapEx Investment Are trained and/or certified in Project Management Display fluency in both written and verbal English It would be considered a strong advantage if you have been exposed to GMP within a production environment. As a person, you possess a high level of flexibility and strong relationship-building skills. You excel in cross-functional and international collaboration, effectively engaging project team members and stakeholders. You cultivate a collaborative culture where we succeed together. In a regulatory environment with many uncertainties and variables, things are complex enough as they are, and you excel at keeping things simple, to set a clear direction and ensure progress. About the department is significantly increasing its manufacturing capacity across all areas to serve many more patients in the coming years. To this end, a new DMS business unit has recently been created to ensure medical device component manufacturing and pre-assembly capacity for future growth. In the years to come, we are focused on establishing a new global manufacturing network consisting of suppliers and Contract Manufacturing Organisations. Our DMS II organisation has just started its growth journey, and this is a unique chance to be part of a start-up environment within a large multinational corporation. You will be part of the Project Management Office in DMS II in Hillerød. Our key focus includes not only the improvement of Project Management systems and processes but also the planning and execution of complex and strategic investment projects.
