The position As Project Manager Digital Product Adoption in the Development Digital Transformation Office, you will spearhead the timely planning and execution of projects pivotal in supporting the drug development digital transformation. The role involves managing small to mid-size projects of substantial complexity, liaising with global and local stakeholders, and driving impactful results within broader operational contexts. The key accountabilities of this role are to: Define project scope, goals, expected deliverables, stakeholder mapping, cost and timeline for medium or high complexity. Drive a digital mindset shift, transitioning from traditional project approaches to product-oriented strategies. Proactively strategize and execute stakeholder engagement by addressing potential objections, highlighting mutual benefits, and anticipating and mitigating reactions from involved parties. Cultivate robust relationships with pertinent partners, demonstrating clear and inspiring communication tailored to their needs. In this role, you will collaborate with various functions, including but not limited to Global Clinical Drug Development, Data Science, Regulatory, Safety and Regions/Country organisations to ensure the successful implementation of adoption management projects. Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you have: Master’s degree in in computer science, engineering and/or business degree 5+ years of experience with 2 years of project management Experience in Ux design / end user focused digital product development Experience in change / adoption management Previous experience with agile ways of working (e.g. Scrum, SAFe) Fluency in written and spoken English Previous pharma / biotech industry experience would be a plus. About the department The Digital Transformation area in Development is a newly created CVP-area of approximately 30 people setting strategic direction, coordinating, catalysing, and governing our Digital Transformation across the Development organisation. In collaboration with digital teams in SVP (Senior Vice President) areas across Development, we identify new opportunities for utilising data and digital solutions for the benefit of patients as well as our organisation.
