Do you want to be part of one of Nørrebro’s favorite spots to eat, drink and have a good time? And do have a proven track record of running successful restaurants or retail spaces? If so, you might be exactly whom we’re looking for!
depanneur is a beverage label and unique convenience store with a love for our neighborhood. In our store we serve up bagels, pizzas, beers, coffee, snacks, wine and much more. Our food is all homemade using only the best ingredients sourced from local producers. We aspire to bring a unique concept and service experience to our customers every day and through our many collaborations and concepts like “One Dollar Oyster Club” we make sure to always bring something surprising to the table.
We are looking for just the right candidate that has a proven resume and that is well versed in terms of running tight operations both in the kitchen and on the floor. You will have full operational responsibility for the store and lead a great team of people. You will not be alone as you will manage and work closely together with our Head Chef and our Evening Manager to ensure that daily operations run smoothly.

Some of your responsibilities:
- Overall financial overview with a close eye on kitchen/bar percentages and key performance indicators
- Ongoing recruitment and training of staff in collaboration with the Head Chef and Evening Manager as well as managing the weekly and monthly working schedules
- Ensure that we work efficiently and that our internal processes across kitchen and floor are the right ones
- Weekly administration work as well as minimum 20 hours on the floor
- Plan and execute brand collaborations and partnership in the store with the corporate staff (Managing Director, Business Development Director and others)
- Work with the Brand Director of depanneur to ensure that there’s lots of awareness and attention on the store and what’s going on (PR, Social Media engagement and more)
- Make sure that the store is always looking it’s best inside and outside (clean, neat and fully stocked)
The basics:
- Full time, start as soon as possible
- Located in Copenhagen, Denmark
- Salary based on experience
